We are pleased to offer parents and students two options to apply to our program.
1. On-line Application Process
An application can be made on-line as well along with the payment of the application fee. This is the fastest method to send in your application and supporting documents. Please note that the application cannot be processed unless the application fee transaction has been recorded.
Our online application is currently unavailable. You may apply using the PDF paper application form.

2. Traditional Paper Application
We are happy to receive your original or scanned paper and supporting documents.

Application Package: If using the traditional paper application method please scan and email the application to us or to the International Education team member that you have been corresponding with. If posting your application please send it along with all required documents addressed to the following:

Whether you are using the on-line or traditional paper application method your application the following process will apply:
Letter of Offer: If your application is accepted, we will send you a Letter of Offer. The Letter of Offer will state the program you have been accepted into, the fees payable to the school, and instructions for payment. If you are not accepted, we will send you a Letter of Refusal.
Submit Payment: To confirm your place in the school, pay the fees according to your Letter of Offer. Fees can be paid by bank-transfer, money-order, certified cheque, VISA or Mastercard. (If paying by credit card, an additional 2.5% will be charged on the total.)
Official Letter of Acceptance: When we receive your fees in full, we will send you an Official Letter of Acceptance.
Student Authorization: With the Official Letter of Acceptance, you can apply for a Student Authorization (Student Permit) at the Canadian Embassy nearest you.
Come to New Westminster: When you get your Student Authorization arrange your flights to Canada and
- Completed application form. Please make sure that the student and parents both sign the application form.
- Current photograph (one).
- Original or certified true copies of school transcripts for the current school-year and the previous 2 years. Transcripts must be translated into English.
- Letter of Recommendation from English teacher or principal (local transfer students only).
- Application fee, payable to New Westminster School District Number 40.
